Acoustic and vibration insulation materials are made according to the technology of the German company Baumüller and using German equipment.

Soundproofing material has a multilayer structure and consists of a layer of eco-friendly butyl rubber composition and aluminum foil. High-viscosity aluminum with a thickness of 100 microns, obtained by special processing is used in the VIBROFILTR production.

As a result, the material received an increased range of frequencies of influence on the mechanical loss coefficient (MLC), and the material weight itself decreased compared to competitors.

Unlike similar materials from other manufacturers, high-viscosity aluminum obtained by special processing is used in the manufacture of the Vibrofiltr, as well as a special butyl rubber composition specially designed for car use.
